The company is equipped with a detailed control system of the entire production process. Thanks to investments in state-of-the-art technologies, the status of production on the various machines is available in real time. The accuracy of the production plan is guaranteed by a dedicated production management system: a scheduler is fed with data supplied by an automatic data acquisition system and enables real-time monitoring of the actual situation by a Gantt interface.
This system is also used to guarantee a high quality standard: all controls performed during production are stored in the database and linked to the individual production order, to make feedback on production available even after completion.
